US President Donald Trump's position on Gaza is a very serious and risky statement. At least because after this statement, Trump faced serious criticism, and except for Israel, there is no second country in the world that treats this statement of Trump normally. This, in turn, indicates that there may be a very serious polarization against the United States.
On the other hand, even in the United States and Israel itself, these views were agreed only by far-right nationalist groups. In general, neither Arab countries, nor global powers, nor others agree with these statements of Trump. In fact, this statement is to draw a line over the Palestinian state, which is planned to be established within the borders of 1967 between Israel and Palestine.
The point is that the details of Trump's statement are not known, under what conditions it will be implemented? On the other hand, where will the population be moved, how will it be moved? That is, how true is the involuntary resettlement of people in the 21st century, or did Trump just say it as a statement?
On the other hand, how far is it possible to turn the Gaza Strip into a modern area? Above all, it will take time. On the other hand, how will the Arab states meet this? How will the attitude of simple Arabs are affected. At the same time, what will happen with the Abraham Accords, which was signed by Trump himself, and which provides for the normalization of Israeli-Palestinian relations, that is, how will the process of normalization of relations be like?
Because Saudi officials have noted that there will be no relations with Israel before the establishment of a Palestinian state. On the other hand, there is a threat of Iran. In fact, the process of normalization of the dialogue between Israel and Saudi Arabia is one of the factors that serve Iran's exit from the region. But in fact, Trump's statement goes beyond all of this and will be a step that can make Iran appear on scene more clearly. Because no country accepts this statement, and I think that Trump will expect alternatives from Arab countries. Time will tell what those alternatives will be.
