Final report on Azerbaijan passenger plane crash to be submitted by December

The final report on the investigation into the crash of an AZAL plane near Aktau will be completed by December 2025, Kazakhstan's Deputy Minister of Transport, Talghat Lastayev, stated during a briefing, AmericanDiary24 reports citing TASS.
"In accordance with the requirements and standards of the recommended practices of ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization - TASS note), the final report on the investigation must be completed by December of this year," Lastayev said when answering a question about the investigation timeline for the plane crash near Aktau.
To note, an AZAL Airlines passenger plane crashed near Aktau airport in Kazakhstan on December 25, 2024. As a result of the crash, 38 people were dead and 29 were injured.
