SOCAR and Pakistan mull expansion of energy cooperation

President of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), Rovshan Najaf, met with Pakistan’s Minister of Privatization, Transport, and Investment, Aleem Khan, to discuss the expansion of energy cooperation.

Rovshan Najaf said in a post on X that during the meeting with Aleem Khan, both sides expressed satisfaction with the ongoing partnership between SOCAR and Pakistani energy companies.

He noted that the sides discussed the implementation of joint projects, opportunities for expanding cooperation in various energy sectors, and exchanged views on matters of mutual interest.
